The City of Olathe is accepting applications from persons interested in serving on the City of Olathe Board of Code Appeals. Derek O’Donnell, Sales Engineer with Phoenix Fire Systems, will be presenting Testing and Engineering Methodology for Challenging Hazards and Unique Applications of Clean Agent Systems. The presentation will begin at noon at Cinzetti’s in Overland Park. This is our first general meeting of the year. MO-KAN SFPE REMEMBERS CHARLES A. ROULT SR.

The Missouri-Kansas Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers remembers Charles Andrew Roult, Sr. of Olathe Kansas. Charles (Chuck) co-founded the Great Western Automatic Sprinkler Company, Protection Sprinkler Company, and the Fabrication and Supply Company. He was a lifetime member of the National Fire Protection Association and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, and served as President of our local chapter.
