ABOUT THE FIRE PROTECTION INDUSTRY

The Fire Protection Engineering industry offers unique and rewarding opportunities across the country and the world. Specifically in Kansas City,
there is a wealth of opportunities with a large concentration of quality fire
protection groups in consulting, service, insurance, contracting, and more. Many companies in fire protection locally and nationally are constantly on the look for quality students who are interested in fire protection engineering due to the large workplace demand and limited supply of graduate engineers entering the industry.

Relevance to all of these categories is certainly not required to apply or receive an award.
