Join us Thursday, September 6th, for our monthly meeting as Gary Paul, Regional Sales Manager at Protectowire FireSystems, will be presenting about linear heat detection. Gary will be discussing the construction, operating principles, applications where it is commonly used, as well as how to integrate this technology into the project's design or construction. Gary will also introduce two immerging technologies, Confirmed Temperature Initiation (CTI) and Fiber Optic Linear Heat Detection.
Gary provides technical support to distribution partners in the U.S. and Canada and delivers educational training to the fire protection community to educate them on these new technologies. Prior to joining Protectowire, Gary worked in the wire and custom cable connector industry for 15 years. Gary is a member of both the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE).
